Does it actually sound human?

Yes — we use the latest neural voice models, and you can pick a voice that matches your brand. Callers consistently can't tell it isn't a person until they ask. (And when they ask, we tell them honestly.)

What if it can't answer a question?

It says so politely, takes a message, and either transfers the call to you or sends you a text — your choice, configurable per topic.

How do you handle our existing phone number?

Two options: forward your main number to Answer AI, or use Answer AI as a new line and forward only when you're closed or busy. Most clients start with after-hours forwarding and expand from there.

How fast can we go live?

What about HIPAA or other compliance?
